55歳，男性．人間ドックで左腎の異常を指摘され，精査のため受診．諸検査の結果，右副腎転移を伴う左腎腫瘍と診断した．左腎単純摘除術および右副腎摘除を同時に施行した．組織学的に左腎細胞癌，副腎転移と診断した．術後21ヵ月後，右肺転移が出現した．
The patient is a 55 years old male, who had left renal cell carcinoma with contralateral adrenalmetastasis detected by careful preoperative computed tomograpy and angiography. The left simple ne-phrectomy and the right adrenalectomy were performed simultaneously. The tumor of the right adrenal glandwas metastasis from the left renal cell carcinoma confirmed by histological examination. At 21 months afterthe surgery, the patient had right pulmonary metastasis.
