　69歳，女性．きわめて稀な癌内癌転移の症例を報告する．鼻部の腫瘤を主訴に受診し，切除術の結果は小細胞性未分化癌であった．原発巣検索のため施行した腹部CTで左腎に腎腫瘍を認め，左腎細胞癌と診断して左腎部分切除術を施行した．病理組織学的所見では，淡明細胞亜型の腎細胞癌組織内に鼻部腫瘍と極似した小細胞型の腫瘍細胞浸潤を認め，小細胞性未分化癌が腎細胞癌組織内に転移を起こしたものと考えられた．

We report an unusual case of metastasis of cancer to cancer. A 69-year-old woman was admitted withnasal tumor. She received tumor resection and the resected tumor was small cell carcinoma. As originaltumor, we found left renal tumor on the abdominal CT and performed left partial nephrectomy. Werecognized the small cancer cells of nasal tumor invaded the tumor of renal cell carcinoma, histopathological-ly, We concluded that small cell carcinoma, which originally appeared in the nasal skin, metastasized intorenal cell carcinoma.
