自己導尿中の膀胱異物結石

BLADDER CALCULI FORMATION DURING CLEAN INTERMITTENT SELF CATHETERIZATION.

　清潔間欠自己導尿法の登場により二分脊椎の尿路管理が飛躍的に進歩したことは周知の事実である。しかし，十分な清潔間欠導尿法の患者教育並びに定期的な外来での経過観察がなされて，始めて適切な尿路管理ができるのである。今回我々は自己導尿施行中に誤って押し込んだと思われる陰毛が核となり膀胱に異物結石を形成した症例を経験したので報告した。

In the present paper, we report a patient with spina bifida neurogenic bladder who developed a giant stone in the urinary bladder, which contained a pubic hair in the center as a nucleus erroneously passed into the bladder during regular selfcatetherization. We stressed the importance of through patient education on how to manage selfcatheterization and the necessity of regular follow-up examinations as outpatients.
