敗血症を契機に発見された膀胱異物

Foreign bodies in the bladder detected during the treatment of sepsis：A case report

　74歳，男性。全身倦怠感を主訴に当院内科を受診した。その後敗血症に至り，膀胱異物による尿路感染が原因と考えられ，当科に転科した。異物はKUB上，前立腺部尿道にはまり込んでいた。経尿道的除去は困難と考え，抗生剤投与にて敗血症治療後，開腹手術にて異物を除去した。術後，残尿量および尿流量率の著明な改善を認めた。

A 74-year old male was admitted to our hospital,with complaints of general fatigue and high fever. He was subsequently found to have septicemia caused by urinary tract infection resulted from foreign bodies in the bladder,which were extending to the prostatic urethra on the KUB. After antibiotics therapy,open surgical removal of the foreign bodies was perfomed. Postoperative course was uneventful with improved residual urine volume and urinary flow.
