膀胱穿孔を伴った膀胱異物

Vesical perforation resulted by a foreign body：A case report

　患者は41歳，男性。半年前からの膀胱刺激症状で近医を受診した。膀胱内異物の診断で当院に紹介され受診となった。異物は膀胱を穿孔していたが，腸管，血管損傷はなかった。外科的に摘出した異物は編み針であった。

A 41-year-old male with complaints of urethral pain for 6 months was referred to our hospital under the diagnosis of vesical foreign body. Urinary bladder was perforated by the foreign body, but there was no damage to the intestine and blood vessel. The surgically removed foreign body was a knitting needle in the length of 13cm.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：73-75, 2007）
