Stamey手術に使用した人工血管による膀胱異物

A CASE OF VESICAL FOREIGN BODY OF DACRON GRAFT USED FOR THE STAMEY PROCEDURE

　女子腹圧性尿失禁に対するStamey手術は成功率が高く安全な術式といわれているが，今回本手術に使用された人工血管が膀胱異物となった52歳女性例を経験した。患者は術直後より排尿障害を有し，それが持続するため当院を受診した。対症療法が効を奏さないため膀胱鏡検査を施行したところ，膀胱内に人工血管を発見した。異物を除去しStamey手術を再施行して回復した。

The Stamey endoscopic bladder neck suspension for treatment of female urinary stress incontinence isa common and safe procedure. A 52 year-old woman who underwent the procedure sought medical attentionbecause of complaints of difficult urination and pain in the lower abdomen. Endoscopic examination revealeda Dacron graft at the bladder neck, which was surgically removed and reoperation of Stamey's procedure wasperformed. She is now free of incontinence as well as difficult urination.
