切除鏡のループにより摘出した膀胱異物

Intravesical foreign body：A case report

　症例は18歳，男性。尿道異物摘出不可を主訴に近医を受診し，摘出目的に当科を紹介された。初診時，血膿尿を認めた。軟性膀胱鏡にて膀胱異物を確認し，鉗子にて摘出を試みたが容易にちぎれてしまい摘出できなかったため，腰椎麻酔下に切除鏡のループによる部分切除を繰り返すことによってすべて摘出することができた。

　The patient was 18-year-old man with an intravesical foreign body, an about 30-cm-long soft cord, which he had made himself. The foreign body was radiolucent, inserted into the urethra for the purpose of masturbation. The cord was too soft to be removed by the forcept, therefore, we utilized cold cutting loop of resection scope, and successfully removed the cord trans-urethrally.
