下肢の運動障害を呈した膀胱異物

MOTOR DISTURBANCE OF LOWER LIMB DUE TO FOR-EIGN BODY IN THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　症例は30歳，男性。自慰目的に外尿道口よりポンプ式シャンプーのチューブ部分を挿入し除去不能となった。20日後，左下肢の疼痛と運動障害を訴え，当科を受診した。膀胱鏡とCTにて膀胱左後壁を貫通する異物を認めた。敗血症併発の可能性も考えられたため緊急に異物および膿瘍除去術に併せて膀胱部分切除術を施行した。異物の先端は閉鎖神経に達しており，膿瘍を形成し閉鎖神経を圧迫していた。手術の翌日，左下肢運動障害は改善した。

We report a case of a 30-year-old male with a foreign body in the bladder which caused motor disturbance of left lower limb. He inserted a tube of shampoo container into the urethra for masturbation which slipped into the bladder. Twenty days later, he visited our hospital because of pain and motor disturbance of his left lower limb. A foreign body was found in the left posterior wall of the bladder by cystoscopy. Enhanced CT showed a filling defect in the bladder and tip of the foreign body in the retroperitoneal space.
