自作した自慰用品による膀胱異物

A case of foreign body in the urinary bladder：Self-produced utensil for masturbation

　症例は22歳，男性。主訴は排尿時痛。2年前から自慰用品を自作し使用していた。2008年2月，自慰中に抜去不能となるも，そのまま1週間放置。排尿時痛が持続するため，当科を受診した。膀胱異物の診断で，腰椎麻酔下に経尿道的に異物を摘出した。膀胱穿孔は認めなかった。術後経過は良好で，術後5日目に退院。術後7か月経過した現在まで，同症状による再受診は認めていない。

　A 22-year-old male visited to our hospital with a complaint of pain on voiding. One week before,he inserted the self-deviced utensil into the bladder transurethrally for masturbation. Transurethral removal was performed at our hospital. He has been free of symptoms in seven months after surgery. Pathogenesis and management of this rare condition was discussed.
