69歳，女性。右背部重圧感を主訴に受診。血液，血清，生化学，胸部X線検査に異常所見はなく，血尿も認めなかった。腎超音波検査，CTにて右腎腫瘤を認め，右腎細胞癌の疑いにて経腹的右腎摘出術を施行した。病理組織検査は，右腎盂より発生した神経鞘腫であった。
The patient was a 69-year-old female who had a sensation of pressure on the right side of the back. There were no abnormal findings in blood counts, blood chemistry and serological tests or in chest X-rays. Hematuria was not found in urinalysis. Because a tumor in the size of 10 cm was found in the upper portion of the right kidney by renal ultrasonography and CT scans, carcinoma of the right kidney was suspected, and abdominal right nephrectomy was performed. In histopathological examination, a neurilemmoma originating from the right renal pelvis was found.
