緒言

　精索に発生する腫瘍は，比較的稀な疾患である。吉田ら^1）によつて，精索より発生した悪性間葉腫が発表されて以来，現今までに精索の混合腫瘍は5例報告されているにすぎない。今回，われわれは9カ月男児の左精索に発生した混合肉腫（悪性間葉腫）の1例と，73歳男子の左精索に発生した肉腫（平滑筋肉腫）の1例を経験したので報告する。

The first case was a 9 months old baby. He visited our hospital with the chief complaint of left inguinal mass. The tumor was found 4 months before this visit. Radical herniotomy was carried out under tentative diagnosis of left incarcerating inguinal hernia.

During the operation, a spermatic cord tumor was found and rapid histological diagnosis of malignant tumor by frozen section was obtained. Therefore radical orchiectomy was carried out. Final histological diagnosis was malignant mesenchymoma.
