  • Look Inside

Green tea is well known to have many effective actions and we examined its antibacterial and bactericidal activ-ities against Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in vitro as well as its clinical urological applica-tions. Our conclusion is that green tea is useful for urinary tract infection applicable as bladder irrigation fluid and topical application for balanoposthitis. These results suggest that green tea is useful to be used against MRSA infection.
