54歳，女性。超音波検査で偶然に右腎腫瘍が発見された。右根治的腎摘出術を施行した。組織学検査の結果，腎では極めて稀とされる神経鞘腫であった。世界の文献上，7例目である。
Ultrasonography incidentally revealed a mass in the right kidney in a 54-year-old woman. The patient underwent right radical nephrectomy. Histological diagnosis was neurilemmoma and there was no evidence of malignancy. This is the 7 th case of renal neurilemmoma in literature.
