核出術を行った腎血管筋脂肪腫

A CASE OF RENAL ANGIOMYOLIPOMA TREATED BY ENUCLEATION

　患者は42歳，女性，左腎腫瘤の精査のため入院となった。腎エコーおよびCTにて腎血管筋脂肪腫が強く疑われたが，腎細胞癌も完全には否定できなかった。術中迅速漂本検査では腎血管筋脂肪腫であったので，腫瘍核出術を施行した。腎血管筋脂肪腫に対する腎保存療法の必要性について文献的考察を加えた。

A 42-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital for the left renal tumor. Although angiomy-olipoma was strongly suspected by ultrasonography and computed tomography, renal cell carcinoma could not be denied completely. Pathological finding on frosen section was angiomyolipoma. Therefore, tumor enucleation was performed. Conservative or surgical treatment for angiomyolipoma to preserve the kidney was stressed.
