39歳，男性。半年前より自覚した右陰嚢内容物のしこりを主訴として来院した。右副睾丸尾部に大豆大の腫瘤が認められ，副睾丸腫瘍の疑いで腫瘤摘出を施行した。腫瘤は副睾丸尾部より発生しており，境界明瞭で，周囲との癒着はなく，組織学的には副睾丸血管平滑筋腫であった。
A 39-years old man visited our hospital complaining a nodule of the right scrotal contents. A bean sized mass was found in the tail of the right epididymis. As tumor of epididymis was suspected, the mass was resected. Histologically it was angioleiomyoma of the epididymis.
