36歳の女性が偶然に腹部超音波検査で右水腎症を発見され，IVU，尿管鏡検査から右下部尿管子宮内膜症と診断された。Danazolの投与が6カ月間なされたが水腎症は増悪し，尿管狭窄部切除および尿管膀胱新吻合術が施行された。この症例は，本邦文献上20例目であった。
We report a case of ureteral endometriosis in a 36-year-old woman. This patient presented right-sided severe hydronephrosis in urography. Ureteroscope revealed ureteral endometriosis. Because initial danazol therapy failed to reverse the ureteral obstruction, we resected the stenotic portion of the right ureter. This case was the 20 th in the Japanese literature.
