尿管瘤内に発生した巨大尿管結石

GIANT URETERAL STONE WITHIN THE URETERO-CELE: A CASE REPORT

　39歳女性が左側腹部痛，発熱，尿混濁を主訴に受診した。排泄性尿路造影にて左尿管結石および右尿管瘤内に発生した巨大尿管結石（38×30mm）と診断した。経尿道的尿管瘤切開術および尿管瘤内結石摘出術を施行した。術後右尿管に軽度（grade 1）のVURを認めるも，現在までのところ結石の再発や尿所見の異常はみられていない。

A 39-year-old woman was refered to our hospital com-plaining of left flank pain, fever and turbid urine. Drip infusion urography revealed left ureteral stone and right giant ureteral stone (38×30mm) within the ureterocele. After endoscopic ureterocele incision, the giant stone within the ureterocele was removed transurethrally. One month after the surgery, voiding cystography showed right vesicoureteral reflux (grade 1). However, the patient has had neither recurrence of urolithiasis nor abnormal urine finding up to the present.
