　45歳，男性。健康診断で右水腎症を指摘され，精査目的にて当科を紹介された。IP，CT,PNS造影，膀胱鏡検査にて両側重複尿管，右異所性尿管瘤と診断された。腎シンチグラムで右下半腎は軽度排泄障害を認めたのに対して，瘤所属上半腎の機能を認めず，右上半腎切除術を施行した。術後5か月に施行したIP,CTにて瘤の縮小および右下半腎の改善を認め，経過は良好である。

A 45-year-old male was referred to us bacause of suspected bladder tumor with right hydronephrosis. Cystoscopy revealed a bulge with normal mucosa from the right orifice to verumontanum. US and CT showed bilateral double ureters and a megaureter from the right upper renal pelvis to the posterior bladder wall. IP and renal scintigraphy demonstrated that the right upper half kidney had no func-tion. Under diagnosis of right ectopic ureterocele, we performed heminephrectomy without resection of the wall of ureterocele. No eventful or involution of the ureterocele was recognized in ten months postoperative course.
