原発性尿管腺癌

PRIMARY URETERAL ADENOCARCINOMA: A CASE REPORT

　48歳，女性。腹部腫瘤を主訴として来院した。腹部超音波とCTで高度の左水腎と左尿管の拡張を認めた。順行性および逆行性腎盂造影で左中部尿管に陰影欠損を認め，左尿管腫瘍の診断下に左腎尿管全摘除術，膀胱部分切除術を施行した。組織学的診断は腺癌であった。原発性尿管腺癌は極めて稀で，これまで14例が報告されているにすぎない。

A 48-year-old woman was admitted with a complaint of left abdominal mass. Abdominal echogram and CT scan showed severe left hydronephrosis and dilatation of the left ureter. Retrograde and antegrade pyelography demonstrated a filling defect in tne left middle ureter. With a diagnosis of left ureteral tumor, left nephroureterectomy and partial cystectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma of the ureter. Primary ureteral adenocarcinoma is extremely rare and only 14 cases have been reported.
