71歳，女性。腹部超音波検査，CTにて右副腎腫瘍と診断，摘出腫瘍は組織学的に副腎骨髄脂肪腫と診断した。本疾患は脂肪および骨髄組織よりなる内分泌非機能型の良性腫瘍であった。
Adrenal myelolipoma, composed of mature fat cells and bone marrow element, is rare nonfunctioning benign tumor. We report a case of 71-year-old woman whose right adrenal tumor was found by abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography incidentally. An operation was performed and the pathological study disclosed adrenal myelolipoma.
