64歳，女性の尿管原発小細胞癌の1例を経験した。抗癌剤による局所動注療法施行後，左腎尿管，膀胱全摘術およびS状結腸部分切除術ならびに回腸導管造設術を施行した。病理組織学的に一部移行上皮癌成分を伴った小細胞癌であり，また，膀胱，S状結腸および骨盤壁への浸潤を認めた。術後補助化学療法施行後，経過観察中であるが，術後8か月で明らかな再発転移は認めていない。
A 64-year old female with small cell carcinoma of the ureter was presented. She underwent radical cystectomy, left nephroureterectomy, partial sigmoidectomv and ileal conduit urinary diversion. following intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy. Pathological examination indicated small cell carcinoma with foci of transitional cell carcinoma. The specimen revealed involvement of carcinoma in the urinary bladder, sigmoid colon and pelvic side wall. She has no evidence of recurrence for 8 months followed by postoperative systemic chemotherapy.
