　2歳6ヵ月，先天性無虹彩症を持つ男児。両親が右側腹部腫瘤と肉眼的血尿に気づき来院。IVP,CTにて右腎下極より発生する腫瘍を認めた。染色体形式は46XY,del（11，p13）であった。右腎摘出術が施行され，病理組織学的にはウイルムス腫瘍であった。この症例は染色体異常と無虹彩症を伴うウイルムス腫瘍の1例と考えられ，これまで本邦で17例が報告されているにすぎない。

A 2-year-6-month old male with congenital aniridia was admitted with complaints of right abdo-minal mass and macrohematuria. IVP and CT scan demonstrated the mass at the lower pole of the right kidney. Chromosomal examination showed 46 XY, del (11, p 13). Right nephrectomy was perfo-rmed. Histological diagnosis was Wilm's tumor. Only 17 cases of Wilms' tumor associated with chromosomal abnormality and aniridia have been reported in Japanese literature.
