原発性尿管扁平上皮癌の1例

Primary ureteral squamous cell carcinoma：A case report

　症例は76歳，女性。右尿管腫瘍にて右腎尿管全摘除，膀胱部分切除が施行された。摘出組織の病理組織検査では，高分化型扁平上皮癌（pT1，INFα，pL0，pV0）と診断された。その後再発なく経過良好であったが，1年後胃印環細胞癌，その2か月後には腹腔内腫瘍（悪性線維性組織球症）を続発，死亡した。尿管原発の扁平上皮癌は比較的稀で，自験例は本邦68例目の報告にあたると思われた。

A 76-year-old woman was send to our hospital because of right ureteral tumor with hydronephrosis. Retrograde pyelography revealed filling defect（1×3cm.）of the right ureter at the hight of aortic bifurcation.Under the diagnosis of right ureteral tumor,we performed right radical nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resection. The pathological diagnosis of the specimen was well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma（T1,INFα,pL0,pV0）. The tumor was solitary without urolithiasis. With no local recurrence or metastasis 12months following surgery,she developed two other malignant tumors（gastric signet ring cell carcinoma and intraabdominal malignant fibrous histiocytoma）,and died 2months later.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：243-245,2004）
