パイロニー病に対するヒト脳硬膜補填手術

DURAPLASTY IN PEYRONIE'S DISEASE

　53歳男性のパイロニー病に対して硬結切除を行い，白膜欠損部をヒト脳硬膜（lyophilizedhuman dura）で補填した。術後，陰茎の勃起時における屈曲は消失し性交が可能となったが，勃起力と陰茎の知覚は術前の50％に減少した。パイロニー病の外科的治療法について考察，報告した。

A 53-year-old male with Peyronie's disease was treated fairly satisfactorily with excision of the plaque followed by the duraplasty. After operation his penil curvature became straightened at the time of erection and the sexual intercourse was resumed, but the rigidity and sensation was reduced to 50% of preoperative level. It can be said that the duraplasty is one of the surgical intervention which may be applicable to Peyronie's disease.
