小児の腎盂尿管移行部のポリープ

INFANTILE URETERAL POLYP : REPORT OF A CASE

　外傷を契機に発見された8歳男児の左先天性水腎症に対し腎盂形成術を施行した．腎盂尿管移行部にポリープを認め，組織学的診断は線維上皮性ポリープであった．本症例は小児尿管ポリープとしては本邦第21例目である．

A 8-year-old boy complained of left flank pain and vomiting. The patient had microscopic hematuria. Excretory urogram showed a marked, left hydronephrosis due to stricture of the pelvi-ureteral junction. At operation, two polyps measuring 10 × 2 mm were incidentally found at the pelvi-ureteral junction. The patient underwent successful pyeloplasty with excision of the polyps. A pathological diagnosis of fibroepithelial polyp of the ureter was made.
