膀胱浸潤を来した恥骨原発軟骨肉腫の1例

A CASE OF PUBIC CHONDROSARCOMA INVADING URINARY BLADDER

　37歳，男性。1977年恥骨原発軟骨肉腫と診断され，以後再発を繰り返し，当科整形外科へ紹介され，1985年5月9日入院となつた。恥骨上部より季肋部にかけて4個の手拳大の腫瘤を触知した。諸検査の結果軟骨肉腫の再発と診断し広範囲切除術を施行した。切除腫瘍重量は1,805gであつた。膀胱への浸潤を認めたが，膀胱部分切除により排尿経路を温存し得た。術後社会復帰し，約1年経過したが再発の徴候は認められていない。

A 37-year-old man with abdominal mass was referred to the orthopedic department for further evalua-tion. He had a history of multiple surgeries because of recurrent chondrosarcoma for the last 8 years. Fist-sized tumors were localized from the left lower chest downward toward the suprapubic region on inspection. Imaging evaluations including excretory urography and CT scan revealed a mass from the pubic bone compressing the left lateral bladder wall. Preoperative biopsy was grade I chondrosarcoma.
