小児の膀胱に原発した横紋筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF RHABDOMYOSARCOMA

緒言

　成人の膀胱腫瘍の大部分は上皮性腫瘍であるのに対し，小児の膀胱腫瘍は諸家の報告例^1）2）をみると上皮性腫瘍は極めて稀であり一般に間葉性腫瘍がその大部分を占めている。

　私どもも最近小児の膀胱に原発した模紋筋肉腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を試みた。

Case is a 3 years and 4 months old boy, who visited our clinic complaining gross hematuria and dysuria for 2 months duration and was admitted for suspected bladder tumor. The tumor occupying half of the left lateral wall was noticed, by various examination and surgery was performed on the 9th day after admission. Cystectomy was impossible due to advanced infiltration of the tumor to the pelvic wall and urethra, and urinary diversion was done only. Histopathological findings was primary rhabdo-myosarcoma of the bladder.
