Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱の悪性腫瘍の大部分は癌腫であり，肉腫の頻度は0.2〜2.0％と少なく，なかんずく多形細胞肉腫は1937年上月^（i）および1949年兼松^（ii）の報告例があるのみで非常に稀な疾患である。最近我々は膀胱に原発した多形細胞肉腫の1例を経験したので報告し，併せて本邦における原発性膀胱肉腫の集計を試みたので報告する。

A case of bladder sarcoma which occured primarily at the left lateral wall and dome of the bladder and later metastatising to the prostate, right uretet and kidney, ileum, sigmoid, peritoneum and the lymph nodes of the mesentery and retroperitoneum in a 60 years old male, who took an acute course and died 3 months after onset was reported.

Histopathological diagnosis was polymorphous sarcoma. This case is the 71 st case as primary sarcoma and the 3 rd case as polymorphous sarcoma in the Japanese literature.
