膀胱腫瘍に対する尿道膀胱全摘除術後の残存尿道舟状窩に発生した腫瘍の1例

URETHRAL TUMOR OF THE REMAINING URETHRAL FOSSA NAVICULARIS AFTER TOTAL CYSTOURETHRECTOMY FOR THE BLADDER CANCER: A CASE REPORT

　69歳男性。再発を繰り返す表在性膀胱腫瘍および左腎盂腫瘍の合併症例に対して，左腎尿管全摘除術および尿道膀胱摘除術を集学的治療計画のもとに施行した。5年後に肺転移が出現し，また，その3カ月後に残存尿道舟状窩に尿道腫瘍が発生した。病理組織学的検査では，肺および尿道腫瘍は，ともに原発である膀胱腫瘍と同じ移行上皮癌であつた。発生病因について若干の文献的考察を行つた。

The patient, 69 years old male, had multiple recurrent superficial bladder tumors since 1979, which were treated by transurethral tumor resection with or without bladder instillation of anti-tumor agents. He underwent It. nephroureterectomy and total cystourethrectomy for the It. pelvic tumor and uncon-trolable multiple bladder tumors in 1980. Five years after the above procedures a solitary lung metastasis and urethral tumor of the remaining urethra developed, which were surgically resected and proved to be transitional cell carcinoma similar to the original bladder tumor.
