膀胱に原発せる多形細胞肉腫の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY POLYMORPHOUS SARCOMA OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱肉腫は癌腫に比較して稀なものであり，全膀胱腫瘍の0.2〜2.0％とその頻度は低い。最近我々は膀胱に原発した多形細胞肉腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Case is a 40 years old male who visited our clinic complaining hematuria and pain by urination.Histological diagnosis of the tissue which was discharged during cystoscopic examination at his first visit, suspected sarcoma. Total cystectomy including removal of the prostate and seminal vesicle with bilateral ureterocutaneostomy was performed. Histopathological examination revealed polymorphous sarcoma originating from the bladder trigone. Witzel's fistula was made on the 13th postoperative day due to ileus, but the patient expired on the 59th day of cachexia. The literature was reveiwed and discussed.
