　排尿時，外陰部よりの尿洩れを臨床症状とした79歳男性にみられた膀胱恥骨皮膚瘻の1例報告。まったく無症状に経過した恥骨骨髄炎が膀胱に瘻孔形成し，これに膀胱頸部硬化症による排尿時の膀胱内圧上昇が加わって皮下膿瘍へ発展し，さらに皮膚瘻が発症したものと考えた。このような症例の報告は寡聞にして知らない。

A 79-year-old male was referred to us with complaints of urinal leakage from the para-scrotal region on voiding. Plain film of pelvis showed the osteomyelitis of the pubis, and voiding-cystourethro-gram clearly showed the vesico-pubo-cutaneous fistula. We concluded that this very rare condition had been caused from the longstanding chronic osteomyelitis of pubis. This case was successfully treated by debridement and curettage of the pubic bone.
