　31歳の既婚女性にみられた傍尿道平滑筋腫の1例について報告した。主訴は外陰部腫瘤で腫瘤の存在を2年前より認めていた。腫瘤は尿道前壁より発生し，クルミ大，硬度硬で手術にて摘出した。腫瘤は被膜に被われ，尿道より容易に剥離された。病理組織診において平滑筋腫の返事を得，本症を傍尿道平滑筋腫と診断した。自験例は文献上，本邦で51例目の報告と思われた。

A 31-year-old married female was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of a tender mass at the external genitalia. The mass was first noticed 2 years before. Local findings revealed a walnut-sized, smooth surfaced and elastic hard mass, protruding from the anterior wall of the urethra. The mass was capsulated and extirpated easily with no attachment to the urethra. The removed mass was 3.5×3.0×2.5cm in size and 11g in weight. Histopathological study showed benign leiomyoma. Review of the literature was made.
