はじめに
悪性線維性組織球腫（malignant fibrous histiocy-toma；MFH）は結合組織細胞由来の腫瘍のひとつであるが，後腹膜原発例の報告は少ない。われわれは，その1例を経験したので報告する。
The patient was a 78-year-old female with a chief complaint of a loss of appetite. Physical examina-tion revealed a large, hard and smooth-surfaced mass in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. The excretory urogram (DIP) showed a left non-visualizing kidney. The abdominal CT scan demonstrated a large retroperitoneal mass which involved the left kidney. The abdominal aortography and left renal angiography revealed that the tumor was feeded by the renal and renal capsular arteries, the inferior mesenteric artery and the left lumbar arteries.
