緒言
本邦における後腹膜神経節神経腫は，現在までに30余例の報告を数えるが，最近，われわれは，男性の仙骨前部より発生した後腹膜神経節神経腫の1例を経験したので，ここに文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 14-year-old boy was referred to our department for evaluation of an abdominal mass. On palpation there was an elastic hard, immobile, large mass in middle abdomen. Routine laboratory studies and endocrinologic evaluations had no characteristic abnormalities. Intravenous pyelography revealed remarkable lateral deviation of both ureters. Further examinations, such as CT scan and aortography demonstrated a presacral large mass with poor vascularity not infiltrated into surrounding organs.
