後腹膜悪性線維性組織球腫

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL MALIGNANT FIBROUS HISTIOCYTOMA

　症例は23歳の女性。1985年12月，口腔内のびらん，全身性紅斑，水疱などが出現したため内科入院中であつたが，右側腹部に腫瘤が触知されるようになつた。DIP，腹剖CT，腹部大動脈造影を施行し後腹膜悪性腫瘍が考えられ，1986年2月26日，腫瘍摘出術を施行した。摘出標本の病理所見は悪性線維性組織球腫であつた。

The case of a 23-year-old woman with retroperitoneal malignant fibrous histiocytoma is reported here. Upon physical examination, the painless and hard mass was found in the right abdominal region. Furthermore, erythema, erosion and bulla were found almost systemically. CT showed a large mass with calcification below the right kidney. Angiography revealed a tumor stain at the same portion. The tumor was completely resected and its histological diagnosis was malignant fibrous histiocytoma. The histological diagnosis of the skin disease was pemphigus foliaceus.
