37歳，女性。背部痛，左腹部腫瘤を主訴として来院OCT血管造影などで左後腹膜腫瘍と診断し，腫瘍と腎を一塊として根治的腎摘術を施行した。病理診断は悪性線維性組織球腫であり，術後化学療法および腫瘍床に照射を追加した。
A 39-year-old female who had complained loin pain and palpable left side abdominal tumor was admitted. Radiographic examinations showed left retroperitoneal tumor with no metastasis. Extirpation of retroperitoneal tumor with right kidney was done followed by systemic chemotherapy and local ir-radiation. Histological diagnosis was myxoid type of malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Neither local recur-rence nor distant metastasis can be found 8 months after the operation.
