緒言

　von Hippel-Lindau病（以下HLDと略す）は，網膜血管腫，小脳血管芽腫を主たる病変とする遺伝性疾患で，脊髄，膵，腎，副腎などに種々の病変の合併することが知られている。今回われわれはHLDに脊髄血管芽腫，多発性膵嚢胞，左多発性腎癌の合併した1例を経験したので報告する。

Von Hippel-Lindau disease is a hereditary disease and is constituted by retinal hemangioma and cerebellar hemangioblastoma as the characteristic lesions. The disease is also known to involve the spinal cord, pancreas, kidney and adrenal gland. Herein presented is a 57-year-old female patient, with von Hippel-Lindau disease, in whom multifocal renal cell carcinoma within the left kidney, hemangioblastoma of the spinal cord and multiple pancreatic cysts in addition to retinal hemangioma and cerebellar heman-gioblastoma are found.
