Von Hippel-Lindau disease is a hereditary disease and is constituted by retinal hemangioma and cerebellar hemangioblastoma as the characteristic lesions. The disease is also known to involve the spinal cord, pancreas, kidney and adrenal gland. Herein presented is a 57-year-old female patient, with von Hippel-Lindau disease, in whom multifocal renal cell carcinoma within the left kidney, hemangioblastoma of the spinal cord and multiple pancreatic cysts in addition to retinal hemangioma and cerebellar heman-gioblastoma are found.
