von Hippel-Lindau病に合併した腎癌の1例

RENAL CELL CARCINOMA ASSOCIATED WITH VON HIPPEL-LINDAU DISEASE

緒言

　欧米においては，von Hippel-Lindau病（以下HLDと略す）に合併する腎癌の報告は多数にのぼるが，本邦においてはわれわれの調べえた限りでは，腎病変についての記載の必ずしも明らかでない3例にみられるのみである。われわれは最近23歳，女性にみられたHLDに合併した腎癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 23-year-old woman was referred to the department of neurosurgery of our hospital on September 19, 1981 for evaluation of a one-month history of gait disturbance. A diagnosis of von Hippel-Lindau disease was made from cerebellar tumor and hemangioblastoma of the ocular fundus. An operation was performed for the cerebellar tumor. Histological diagnosis of the tumor was hemangiblastoma accompany-ing focal thrombi.

An aortogram and CT scanning showed multiple pancreatic cysts and a left renal mass consistent with a renal cell carcinoma.
