緒言
von-Hippel-Lindau病（以下HLDと略す）は網膜に発生する血管腫を主たる病変とし，中枢神経系，腹部諸臓器に血管腫あるいは嚢腫を合併する症候群と定義されている。中枢神経系では小脳血管腫が多くみられ，腹部では膵や腎に嚢腫の発生する頻度が高く，稀にこの症候群に腎細胞癌の合併も報告されている。
われわれは今回，HLDに合併した腎細胞癌の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 39-year-old female presented with visual disturbance and headache which resulted in a diagnosis of capillary angioma of the retina and hemangioblastoma of the cerebellum. In addition to these cere-belloretinal hemangioblastomosis, the patient had an adenocarcinoma of the kidney, which was removed and histologically confirmed. Only four such cases has been described previously in Japan.
