緒言
単純性腎嚢胞は，超音波診断の発達と共に臨床的にしばしば経験されるが，それに感染を合併することは稀で，本邦でもわれわれが調べ得た限りでは，現在まで26例の報告例のみである。今回，われわれは30歳女性の本症を経験したので報告する。
A thirty years old woman was admitted to Asahi General Hospital with complaint of right flank pain and high fever. The patient was diagnosed as infected simple renal cyst by ultrasonography and computed tomography. Excision of the cyst wall and drainage were performed. According to the Japa-nese literature, this case seems to be the 27th presentation.
