可逆性水腎症を呈した新生児鎖肛症例

A CASE OF REVERSIBLE HYDRONEPHROSIS IN NEONATE WITH IMPERFORATE ANUS

緒言

　鎖肛に尿路奇型が高率に合併することは，以前からよく知られている^1〜3）。最近われわれは，当初鎖肛に合併した腎盂尿管移行部狭窄による左水腎症と診断し，腎瘻による経過中に自然に尿管の通過障害が改善した新生児症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 2-month-old female with imperforate anus was admitted to our department complaining of left hydronephrosis. The diagnosis of the left ureteropelvic junction stenosis was made by the combination of intravenous pyelography, voiding cystourethrography and retrograde pyelography. At 3 months of age left nephrostomy was performed. At 6 months of age cut-back for imperforate anus was performed. At 10 months of age antegrade pyelography showed spontaneous resolution of the ureteric obstruction.
