睾丸および副睾丸転移により発見された肺癌の1例

A CASE OF LUNG CANCER REVEALED BY TESTICULAR AND EPIDIDYMAL METASTASES

緒言

　睾丸および副睾丸の続発性腫瘍は稀である。今回われわれは陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴として来院し，睾丸摘出標本にて続発性睾丸腫瘍を疑われ，のちに肺癌の転移とされた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 50-year-old man was admitted with the complaint of left intrascrotal tumor. The resected tumor was pathologically diagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma. Further examinations were made for primary tumor. Finally the left lung cancer was defined by chest X-ray and bronchoscopy. This was the first clinical case of testicular and epididymal metastases from lung cancer in Japan.
