腎癌の睾丸，副睾丸転移の1例

RENAL CELL CARCINOMA METASTATIC TO THE TESTIS AND EPIDIDYMIS: A CASE REPORT

　71歳の男性が左陰嚢内容の無痛性の腫大を主訴として来院した。1年半前に腎細胞癌にて左腎摘除術を受けていた。左高位除睾術を行つたところ，腎細胞癌の睾丸，副睾丸への血行性転移との病理診断を得た。現在，化学療法を施行中である。陰嚢内容の腫大を主訴として来院し，腎癌の睾丸転移が発見された症例は3例検索しえた。

A 71-year-old man was presented with painless left scrotal swelling. He had a history of left neph-rectomy for renal cell carcinoma one and a half years before. Left orchiectomy was performed. Patho-logical examination showed renal cell carcinoma metastatic to the testis and epididymis. The patient has been placed on chemotherapy.

There have been only 3 case reports in which the patients were presented with testicular metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.
