精細管内悪性胚細胞の1例

A CASE OF INTRATUBULAR MALIGNANT GERM CELLS

緒言

　精細管内悪性胚細胞intratubular malignantgerm cellsもしくはcarcinoma in situ of the testisの第1例目の報告は1972年にSkakkebaek^1）によつてなされたが，その報告例は現在まで少数^2〜10）である。しかし，睾丸腫瘍の発生に関して興味深い知見を提供し，また臨床的にも重要である。最近われわれはこの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 23-year-old man was hospitalized because of painless swelling of left testis. Sonographic diagnosis was left hydrocele testis, but clinically testicular tumor could not be ruled out. Therefore patient under-went testicular biopsy. As the pathological diagnosis of the frozen section was malignant, left high orchiectomy was performed. The specimen showed intratubular malignant germ cells. First report of this disorder was done in 1972 by Skakkebaek who found malignant germ cell in the biopsy specimen of infertile man.
