Ⅰ．緒言
悪性腫瘍が二次的に陰嚢内容に発現することは，原発性腫瘍に比し，はるかに少いと云われているが，最近我々は，1例は胃癌が睾丸被膜に，他の1例は副睾丸に転移した2症例を経験したので，ここに報告すると共に若干の考案を加える。
2 cases of distal metastasis of stomach cancer to the male sex organ (testicle and epididymis) was reported and secondary metastatic tumors of the sex organ (testicle and epididymis) were discussed.
Case 1 is a 50 years old male with past history of subtotal gastrectomy for gastric cancer in November 1963. Histopathological diagnosis was colloid cancer. Postoperative course was uneventful but in October 1964 patient noticed an unpainful nodule of a pea size in the right side of the scrotum accidently while he was taking a bath and visited our clinic in November.
