睾丸，副睾丸転移のみられた前立腺癌の1例

PROSTATIC CANCER WITH METASTASIS IN TESTIS AND EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　前立腺癌は一般にリンパ節，骨などに転移しやすいことが知られているが，睾丸，副睾丸への転移はまれである。著者らは一側睾丸，および対側副睾丸に転移の認められた前立腺癌症例を経験したので報告し，若干の文献的考察を加える。

A 73-year-old man was admitted because of dysuria and macrohematuria of one year duration on April 13, 1978. On rectal examination, a hen egg-sized, fixed and stony hard prostate with irregular surface was palpated. Needle biopsy of the prostate showed well differentiated adenocarcinoma.

Laboratory examinations on admission revealed moderate anemia (RBC 254×10⁴/mm³, hematocrit 27%), elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (48mm/hour) and serum acid phosphatase (5.0 K.A.U.).

KUB and DIP demonstrated multiple osteoblastic bone metastasis which were confirmed by bone scan and irregular filling defect of bladder floor.
