はじめに
睾丸，副睾丸，精索とはまつたく独立の陰嚢内腫瘍はいずれも極めて稀である。陰嚢血管腫も本邦では11例，外国文献でも40数例の報告をみるに過ぎない。最近われわれは，本邦第12例と考えられる症例を経験したので，超音波断層所見を中心にして文献的考察を加え，症例を提示する。
A 32 year-old male was admitted for evaluation of right scrotal mass. The mass with irregular surface was movable and elastic firm. The right testis, epididymis, and was deference were normal on palpation. Laboratory data including semen analysis and tumor markers were not remarkable. No pathological finding could be seen in the upper urinary tracts. Ultrasonogram showed multicystic mass in the scrotal cavity, independent of testis and epididymis. The resected ,mass was 4.4×3.0×1.0cm in size, and 20 gr in weight. Histological study was cavernous hemangioma of scrotum.
