緒言
転移性脳腫瘍は，肺癌や乳癌からのものが多いことは周知のことである。しかし，前立腺癌からの脳転移は非常に稀であり，中枢神経系すべてを含めても非常に少ないものと思われる。今回われわれは，脳硬膜転移が見つかつた前立腺癌症例を手術し，著明に神経症状が改善した症例を経験したので報告する。
The diagnosis of intracranial metastasis from prostatic carcinoma is rarely made antemortem. A case of adenocarcinoma of the prostate metastatic to dura mater of the convex was described. Neurological symptoms were improved remarkable by the excision of metastatic lesion.
