進行性膀胱腫瘍に対する血液透析，血液吸着および血漿交換を併用したCDDP大量動注の1例

A CLINICAL TRIAL OF THE INTRA-ARTERIAL INFUSION OF CDDP IN HEAVY DOSE WITH SIMULTANEOUS HEMODIALYSIS, DIRECT HEMOPERFUSION AND PLASMAPHERESIS

緒言

　進行性膀胱腫瘍に対する化学療法は各方面で検討されているが，今なおその効果の確立されたものがないのが現状である。今回われわれは抗腫瘍効果の増強と，抗癌剤による全身的副作用の軽減を目的に，シスプラチンの選択的大量動注療法に，血液透析，血液吸着，血漿交換の併用を行い，満足できる効果を得られたので報告する。

In patients with invasive bladder cancer (transitional cell carcinoma, grade 3, pT2<), for the purpose of increasing the anticancer effect and lowering the systemic toxicity, we tried the selective intra-arterial infusion of CDDP under the simultaneous hemodialysis, direct hemoperfusion and plasmapheresis. From the inferior gluteal artery, the infusion of CDDP 20 mg twice and ADM 20 mg once a week was per-formed for five weeks.
