緒言
女性の尿道およびその周辺に原発する平滑筋腫は稀である。最近われわれはその2例を経験したので報告する。
Two cases of urethral leiomyoma occuring in 29 and 34 years old women were presented. The first patient had a mass located between the urethra and anterior vaginal wall. The removed specimen measured 3.5×3.5×3.0 cm and weighed 12g. The second patient complained of a mass at the vulva and urinary incontinence. The pedunculated mass had the base at the anterior side of the external meatus. The excised mass measured 3.0×2.5×2.0cm and weighed 10g. Incontinence disappeared after the operation.
